Five Minute No-Bake Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, solid or melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (add more if you like it sweeter)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Optional add-ins

  • nuts or mix-ins
  • a spoon of almond butter

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.

  2. Pour into a container that is lined with plastic wrap or parchment and freeze for at least 1 hour.

  3. Cut up and enjoy or store in the freezer.

Notes

  1. No cooking or baking required.

  2. Sets in about 1 hour in the freezer.

  3. Makes 12 fudge cubes.
