Five Minute No-Bake Fudge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, solid or melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (add more if you like it sweeter)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Optional add-ins
- nuts or mix-ins
- a spoon of almond butter
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
Pour into a container that is lined with plastic wrap or parchment and freeze for at least 1 hour.
Cut up and enjoy or store in the freezer.
Notes
No cooking or baking required.
Sets in about 1 hour in the freezer.
Makes 12 fudge cubes.
