Decadent Choc Strawberry Fudge
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 3/4 cup Almond Butter
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder (e.g., @macr0mike)
- 1 punnet Strawberries, chopped
Preparation
In a bowl, combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and almond butter. Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
Stir the mixture to combine, then add the chocolate protein powder and mix until smooth.
Pour the fudge mixture into a lined tin and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the chopped strawberries over the top of the fudge.
Place the tin in the fridge and let it set.
Once set, slice the fudge into pieces.
Store the fudge in the fridge for 4-5 days.
