Chocolate Dipped Strawberries with Coatings
Ingredients
- 20 large strawberries
- 1/4 cup finely ground pistachios
- 1/4 cup finely ground almonds
- 1/4 cup finely ground coconut
- 1/4 cup colored sugar
- 1/4 cup colored candy
- 1/4 cup ground biscuits
- 500 grams chocolate
Preparation
Prepare a wide tray with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate in a warm water bath.
Arrange the candy and nuts in small bowls.
Wipe the strawberries with a kitchen towel to remove any dirt.
Hold each strawberry by the green stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, and shake off any excess.
Immediately dip the chocolate-covered strawberry into the candy or nuts to coat.
Place the coated strawberries on the prepared tray and allow them to set for a few minutes; you can refrigerate them to speed up the process.
