Chocolate Dipped Strawberries with Coatings

Ingredients

  • 20 large strawberries
  • 1/4 cup finely ground pistachios
  • 1/4 cup finely ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup finely ground coconut
  • 1/4 cup colored sugar
  • 1/4 cup colored candy
  • 1/4 cup ground biscuits
  • 500 grams chocolate

Preparation

  1. Prepare a wide tray with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate in a warm water bath.

  3. Arrange the candy and nuts in small bowls.

  4. Wipe the strawberries with a kitchen towel to remove any dirt.

  5. Hold each strawberry by the green stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, and shake off any excess.

  6. Immediately dip the chocolate-covered strawberry into the candy or nuts to coat.

  7. Place the coated strawberries on the prepared tray and allow them to set for a few minutes; you can refrigerate them to speed up the process.
