Digestive Biscuits with Sugar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 packet digestive biscuits
Sugar sauce
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup soft butter

Preparation
Arrange the biscuit pieces in a wide serving dish.
For the sugar sauce, in a mixer bowl, place the sugar, egg whites, and butter. Attach the whisk attachment and blend on medium speed until the ingredients are well mixed and form a smooth sauce.
Using a small spoon, spread a little of the sauce over the biscuit pieces and spread it slightly. Then, distribute the candy directly on the sauce and serve.
