Berry Mousse with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 cup liquid cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon plain gelatin
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cup mixed fruits

Garnish

  • whipped cream
  • fresh berries

Preparation

  1. Prepare clear glass serving cups.

  2. In a blender pitcher, place the berries and cream and blend on medium speed for a minute until smooth.

  3. In a small bowl, place gelatin and water and stir with a wooden spoon until gelatin dissolves and becomes clear.

  4. Add the gelatin mixture to the berry mixture in the blender and blend for a few seconds until well combined.

  5. Distribute half of the berry mixture into the cups, add the mixed fruits, and distribute the remaining berry mixture.

  6. Place the mousse cups in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

  7. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh berries, then serve.
