No-Bake Mango Chocolate Tart
Ingredients
- 1 digestive biscuit
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Cardamom powder from 2 pods
- 125 grams melted white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon warm milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 2 mangoes
- Some cranberries
- Some pistachios
Preparation
In a bowl, take crushed digestive biscuit
Add 2 tablespoons butter
Add crushed cardamom powder from 2 pods
Mix well
Spread the mixture evenly in a loose-bottom tart pan and ensure the sides are covered
Place the tart in the freezer for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, prepare the filling
In a bowl, take 125 grams melted white chocolate
Add 1 teaspoon warm milk to prevent the chocolate from firming up
Add 2 tablespoons fresh cream
Keep mixing until the chocolate ganache is ready
Add 1/2 cup whipped cream to the white chocolate ganache and mix well
Pour the filling onto the crust and spread it nicely
Place the tart in the freezer for 1 hour
Cut the mangoes into thin slices
Arrange the mango slices on the tart
Garnish with cranberries and pistachios
Place it back in the fridge for 15 minutes to set
