Christmas Tree Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 cups brown rice crisps
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Toppings

  • white chocolate
  • Nuzest smooth vanilla protein
  • green food coloring
  • sprinkles

Preparation

  1. In a large pot, heat the butter on the stove until it melts, then stir in the marshmallows.

  2. When fully melted, remove from heat, stir in the cereal, and press into a baking dish, such as an 8x8 dish.

  3. Place in the refrigerator to cool, then use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to shape, and coat the tops with a combination of melted white chocolate, Nuzest smooth vanilla protein, green food coloring, and sprinkles.
