Christmas Tree Shaped Cookies

1. Melt white chocolate in a small shallow bowl.

2. Dip the bottom of each cookie into the chocolate.

3. Place the cookies in the fridge so the chocolate can harden.

4. Add a few teaspoons of matcha powder to the remaining chocolate and whisk to make it green.

5. Transfer the green chocolate to a piping bag and snip off the end.

6. Pipe a Christmas tree on each cookie and immediately add the sprinkles.

7. Place the cookies in the fridge for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden, then enjoy.

Decoration tips

1. Add a star to the top using a yellow dot or similar.

2. Add small colorful sprinkles on the tree and a brown chocolate sprinkle to imitate the bottom of the tree.
