Christmas Tree Cupcakes with Pretzels
Ingredients
- Kays Naturals pretzels
- vegan white chocolate
- matcha powder
- coconut flakes
- vanilla cupcakes
- vanilla frosting
Preparation
Frost the vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting and coat them generously with coconut flakes to resemble snow.
Melt the white chocolate and add matcha powder gradually while stirring until the desired green color is achieved.
Transfer the green matcha white chocolate to a zip-lock baggie and snip off the end.
Place a Kays Naturals pretzel on a plate or parchment paper and drizzle the chocolate on top in the shape of a Christmas tree, starting narrow at the top and wider at the bottom.
Sprinkle more coconut flakes on top and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Once hardened, place the Christmas tree pretzel on top of the cupcake and serve.
