No-Bake Chocolate Fudge Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Red and green chocolate, for melting
  • Frosting, for ribbon
  • Sprinkles, optional

Preparation

  1. Combine almond butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a bowl.

  2. Press into a lined 9x5 loaf pan and freeze for 15 minutes.

  3. Cut into squares and freeze 15 more minutes.

  4. Dip squares into melted chocolate.

  5. Once chocolate has hardened, add frosting bows, using a small piping tip.

  6. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
