No-Bake Chocolate Fudge Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- Red and green chocolate, for melting
- Frosting, for ribbon
- Sprinkles, optional
Preparation
Combine almond butter, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Press into a lined 9x5 loaf pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
Cut into squares and freeze 15 more minutes.
Dip squares into melted chocolate.
Once chocolate has hardened, add frosting bows, using a small piping tip.
Top with sprinkles, if desired.
