Chocolate Cinnamon Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 120g almond meal
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 30g maple syrup
  • 45g peanut butter
  • 35g soy milk

Middle

  • 100g peanut butter
  • 20g maple syrup
  • 20g soy milk
  • 4 x biscoff biscuits or biscuits of choice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar

Topping

  • dark choc drizzle

Preparation

  1. Combine base ingredients and press into a lined loaf pan or container. Place in the freezer while you make the next step.

  2. Combine middle ingredients (except the biscuits) and spoon on top of the base, spread out with a spoon.

  3. Break apart some biscoff biscuits and gently press into the slice. Place in the freezer for 2 hours to set.

  4. Slice into bars. Drizzle with melted chocolate and enjoy.

Storage

  1. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
