No Bake Nutty Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup vegan dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup add-ins (sunflower seeds, chopped toasted hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, or choices)

Optional

  • pinch flaky salt

Preparation

  1. Mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  2. Stir in the add-ins.

  3. Spread the mixture over a baking sheet, pour over the melted chocolate, and spread out. Add a pinch of flaky salt if desired.

  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes, then break up and enjoy.

  1. You can customize the add-ins with any seeds, nuts, or coconut of your choice.
