No Bake Nutty Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup vegan dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup add-ins (sunflower seeds, chopped toasted hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, or choices)
Optional
- pinch flaky salt
Preparation
Mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the add-ins.
Spread the mixture over a baking sheet, pour over the melted chocolate, and spread out. Add a pinch of flaky salt if desired.
Freeze for about 30 minutes, then break up and enjoy.
Tips
You can customize the add-ins with any seeds, nuts, or coconut of your choice.
These bars are ideal as a snack between meals or as an after-dinner sweet treat.
