- 200 g soft dates (or fresh medjool dates)
- 100 g almond butter (or hazelnut or peanut butter)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
For decoration

Preparation

Finely chop the chocolate and melt half (about 50g) over a hot water bath
Let the melted chocolate cool slightly
Cut the dates as small as possible
Place the chopped dates, almond butter, cocoa powder, and salt in a blender
Add the melted chocolate and blend until a mass forms

Place the pan in the freezer for 15 minutes (or in the refrigerator for 1 hour)
Melt the remaining chopped chocolate for decoration
Cut the chilled brownies into squares and decorate with melted chocolate
Sprinkle with flaky salt if desired
