Tom and Jerry Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 200g vegan white chocolate
- 2 tbsp plant based Nutella
- 30g icing sugar
- 150g plant based cream cheese
- 150ml plant based double cream
Preparation
Melt the white chocolate and fill the moulds. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
In a mixing bowl add the cream, cream cheese and icing sugar. Heat the Nutella in the microwave for 30 seconds and then add to the mixture.
Whisk the mixture until it is thick. Transfer to a piping bag.
Pipe the filling into the chocolate shells.
