Five-Ingredient No-Bake Chocolate Pie
Ingredients
- 150 grams dark chocolate
- 200 grams cream
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- Icing sugar, optional
- Coffee, dissolved in a few drops of water, optional
- Chocolate biscuits, as needed
Preparation
Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
While the chocolate melts, crush chocolate biscuits in a mixer.
Add butter to the crushed biscuits and mix well, then set aside.
Press the mixture into a loose-bottom pie plate, covering all edges, and level with hands.
Freeze the pie crust for one hour to set.
Add cream to the melted chocolate and mix well to make ganache.
Stir the ganache until it becomes shiny, then add a few drops of coffee water for flavor, ensuring the water is minimal.
Let the ganache cool completely.
Ensure the ganache is not warm, then pour it over the frozen pie crust.
Freeze the pie again for one hour to set the ganache.
Remove the pie from the freezer, demold it from the pie plate, and top with blanched pistachio pieces before serving.
Tips
Add icing sugar if you prefer a sweeter taste or use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
Ensure the ganache is fully cooled before pouring to avoid breaking the crust.
