No-Bake Raspberry Chocolate Bites
Ingredients
- raspberries
- creamy peanut butter
- dairy free yogurt
- dark chocolate
- flakey salt (optional)
Preparation
Wash and dry the raspberries.
Add the peanut butter to a piping bag, then fill each raspberry with peanut butter.
Dip each peanut butter filled raspberry in a bowl of yogurt until each berry is fully covered.
Place the yogurt-covered raspberries on a plate lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for about an hour, until the yogurt hardens.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl. Dip each berry in the chocolate until it’s covered and place it back on the plate.
Wait for the chocolate to harden and enjoy!
