No-Bake Raspberry Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

  • raspberries
  • creamy peanut butter
  • dairy free yogurt
  • dark chocolate
  • flakey salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the raspberries.

  2. Add the peanut butter to a piping bag, then fill each raspberry with peanut butter.

  3. Dip each peanut butter filled raspberry in a bowl of yogurt until each berry is fully covered.

  4. Place the yogurt-covered raspberries on a plate lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for about an hour, until the yogurt hardens.

  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl. Dip each berry in the chocolate until it’s covered and place it back on the plate.

  6. Wait for the chocolate to harden and enjoy!
