No-Bake Petibör Biscuit Cake

Ingredients

  • 2.5 packets of petibör biscuits
  • 1 cup of coffee and milk for soaking

Cream

  • 200 g labne
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 packet of whipped cream
  • 1 spoonful of icing sugar

Chocolate sauce

  • 200 ml cream
  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 60 g milk chocolate

Preparation

  1. Heat the cream, add chocolate, stir, and allow to cool while stirring occasionally.

  2. Soak the biscuits with the coffee and milk mixture and arrange them on a tray.

  3. Mix the cream ingredients with a mixer.

  4. Apply the cream to the biscuits layer by layer; it is ready after 4-5 layers.

  5. Pour the ganache on the top layer.

  6. Refrigerate overnight.
