No-Bake Petibör Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
- 2.5 packets of petibör biscuits
- 1 cup of coffee and milk for soaking
Cream
- 200 g labne
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- 1 packet of whipped cream
- 1 spoonful of icing sugar
Chocolate sauce
- 200 ml cream
- 60 g dark chocolate
- 60 g milk chocolate
Preparation
Heat the cream, add chocolate, stir, and allow to cool while stirring occasionally.
Soak the biscuits with the coffee and milk mixture and arrange them on a tray.
Mix the cream ingredients with a mixer.
Apply the cream to the biscuits layer by layer; it is ready after 4-5 layers.
Pour the ganache on the top layer.
Refrigerate overnight.
