No-Bake S'mores Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
Biscuit layers
- 2 sleeves of biscuits
- 200g Nutella spread
- 1 cup milk
Cream
- 750 ml sweet cream
- 1.5 packages vanilla pudding (120g)
- 1.5 cups milk (180 ml)
Coating
- 250g Nutella + 3 tablespoons oil or 200g milk chocolate + 90 ml sweet cream
- Package of marshmallows
Preparation
Fill the biscuits with Nutella spread like a sandwich and whip the cream ingredients in a mixer bowl until a stable cream forms
Dip the Nutella-filled biscuits in milk and begin assembling the cake with 2 layers of cream and 2 layers of filled biscuits
After assembling, place the cake in the freezer for half an hour
Then, heat the chocolate coating mixture (either Nutella with oil or milk chocolate with cream) in pulses and pour it over the cake
Tips
Refrigerate the cake for a few hours, then sprinkle marshmallows on top and torch them with a burner
