Layered Biscuit Cup Dessert
Ingredients
- 18 pieces plain biscuits
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 1 cup clotted cream
- 1/2 cup liquid cream
- 1 small packet strawberry jelly
- 1 can blueberry sauce
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Bring transparent cups.
In a wide plate, place the milk. Take 3 pieces of biscuits, soak them in the milk, break them, and put them in the cup.
In a blender bowl, add the cheese, clotted cream, liquid cream, and strawberry jelly. Attach the whisk attachment and beat for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
Distribute the mixture into the cups and place them in the fridge to cool.
Distribute the blueberry sauce and serve cold.
