Chocolate Infused Crème Caramel
Ingredients
- 1 cup liquid cream
- 1 cup clotted cream
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large cans crème caramel mix
- 1 tablespoon plain cocoa powder
- 60 grams chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish
- Chocolate
- Caramel sauce
Preparation
Bring individual serving molds or cups.
In a thick-bottomed pot, put cream, clotted cream, milk, crème caramel mix, and cocoa powder. Stir with a plastic spoon.
Place the pot on medium heat and stir until the mixture starts boiling. Add chocolate and vanilla, then stir gently until the chocolate melts and the mixture is uniform.
Distribute the mixture into the molds.
Put the crème caramel in the refrigerator for several hours until it sets completely.
For serving, invert the crème caramel onto individual plates and garnish with chocolate and caramel sauce.
