Delicious Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons coffee
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened milk
  • 2 cups liquid cream

For decoration

  • Cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Bring a medium-sized English cake mold, grease it with oil, and line it with plastic wrap, leaving the edges hanging out for later wrapping.

  2. In a bowl, combine coffee and milk, stir until the coffee dissolves, then add sweetened milk and continue stirring to make a smooth sauce.

  3. In a deep bowl, place the cream and use an electric whisk to beat it until it is fluffy and holds its shape.

  4. Gradually add the coffee mixture in a thin stream while gently whisking to mix the ingredients well.

  5. Pour the mixture into the mold.

  6. Place it in the freezer for several hours.

  7. Serve the ice cream on a plate and sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
