Delicious Homemade Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons coffee
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened milk
- 2 cups liquid cream
For decoration
- Cocoa powder
Preparation
Bring a medium-sized English cake mold, grease it with oil, and line it with plastic wrap, leaving the edges hanging out for later wrapping.
In a bowl, combine coffee and milk, stir until the coffee dissolves, then add sweetened milk and continue stirring to make a smooth sauce.
In a deep bowl, place the cream and use an electric whisk to beat it until it is fluffy and holds its shape.
Gradually add the coffee mixture in a thin stream while gently whisking to mix the ingredients well.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Place it in the freezer for several hours.
Serve the ice cream on a plate and sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
