Oreo Vanilla Ice Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 2 cups liquid cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sweetened milk
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
- 1 cup liquid cream
- 150 grams chopped chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Decoration
- Chocolate finger biscuits
Preparation
In a small pot, heat the cream over medium heat, add chopped chocolate and stir until melted, then add vanilla and set aside.
Remove the cream from the Oreo cookies and blend the cookies in a food processor until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, whip the cream with a whisk attachment until stiff, then add the sweetened milk and vanilla, and whip to combine.
Add the blended cookie mixture and stir to combine.
Prepare small cups by lining them with plastic wrap, leaving the edges hanging out.
Distribute about 2 tablespoons of the cookie mixture into each cup, create a hollow, fill with vanilla ice cream, add more cookie mixture on top, press gently, and cover with plastic wrap.
Place the cups in the freezer until set.
Unmold the ice cream onto a serving plate and garnish with chocolate sauce and chocolate finger biscuits.
