Mango Ice Cream with White Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 grams white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Mix mango, milk, yogurt, and honey.

  2. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and insert ice cream sticks.

  3. Freeze for 8 hours and then remove from molds.

  4. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler, add vegetable oil, mix well, and dip the frozen ice creams into the chocolate mixture.

  5. Freeze for another 10 minutes and serve.
