Mango Ice Cream with White Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
Mix mango, milk, yogurt, and honey.
Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and insert ice cream sticks.
Freeze for 8 hours and then remove from molds.
Melt white chocolate using a double boiler, add vegetable oil, mix well, and dip the frozen ice creams into the chocolate mixture.
Freeze for another 10 minutes and serve.
