Coconut Tiramisu with White Chocolate
Ingredients
- 250 ml cream
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g white chocolate
- Ladyfingers as needed
- Shredded coconut as needed
- Coconut flakes as needed
- Raspberries for decoration as needed
Preparation
Melt the white chocolate in advance.
Whip together the cream, mascarpone, and melted white chocolate to prepare the cream.
Once the cream is ready, dip the ladyfingers in coffee milk and shredded coconut.
On a serving plate, create a base layer with the dipped ladyfingers, then add the cream using a piping bag, and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Repeat the same steps to form two more identical layers.
Finally, decorate with raspberries.
