Coconut Dream Tiramisu Delight
Ingredients
- 300 g savoiardi biscuits
- 200 ml coconut milk for soaking cookies
Cream
- 500 ml (35%) whipped cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 10 g vanillin
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Raffaello sweets for decoration
Preparation
Prepare the cream
In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone, icing sugar, and vanillin until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined. Add the coconut flakes and mix lightly. Set the cream aside.
Soak the biscuits
Pour the coconut milk into a shallow dish. Dip each savoiardi biscuit into the coconut milk briefly, ensuring they are moist but not soggy.
Assemble the layers
In a serving dish or individual cups, place a layer of the soaked savoiardi biscuits.
Spread a layer of the cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.
Repeat the layers until you use up all the biscuits and cream, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
Decorate
Sprinkle coconut flakes over the top layer for garnish.
Place Raffaello sweets on top for decoration and a luxurious touch.
Chill
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld together and the tiramisu to set.
Serve
Slice or scoop the tiramisu into servings. Enjoy this tropical-inspired, no-bake dessert!
