Motichoor Cheesecake with Cardamom Flavor
Ingredients
- 6 motichoor laddoo
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 4-5 cardamom powder
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
Garnish
- Few pistachios with golden varkh
Preparation
Crush the motichoor laddoo.
Beat the cream cheese at room temperature.
Mix in some icing sugar, using less because the motichoor laddoo is already sweet.
Add cardamom powder to the cream cheese mixture.
Mix it well.
Add whipped cream and mix gently to keep it airy.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
Layer the cream cheese mixture, crushed motichoor laddoo, and pistachios in a dish.
Decorate with gold varakh and pistachios.
The motichoor cheesecake is ready.

Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of motichoor laddoo as they are already sweet.
