Vegan Cardamom Chocolate Pinwheel Treats

Ingredients

  • Almond Flour - 1 cup
  • Coconut milk powder - 1 cup
  • Icing sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Soy milk - 1/4 cup
  • Cacao powder - 2 tbsp
  • Coconut oil - 2 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Add almond flour, coconut milk powder, icing sugar, cardamom powder, and coconut oil; crumble the mixture, then add soy milk and knead into a dough

  2. Prepare the chocolate dough by either making a separate batch with the same quantities or dividing the dough and adding cacao powder to one portion

  3. Once the doughs are made, flatten them with a rolling pin on a baking sheet

  4. Layer the chocolate flattened dough on top of the white dough

  5. Roll it up with the help of baking paper and chill in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes

  6. Cut into pieces and serve

  1. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to several weeks
