Colorful Coconut Ladoo Treats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk powder
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp blue matcha
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup tutti frutti (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add coconut flour, coconut milk powder, icing sugar, cardamom powder, and coconut oil; crumble the mixture, then add soy milk and knead into a dough.

  2. For the blue matcha variation, use the same quantities and add blue matcha, or divide the dough ingredients and add matcha powder to one part.

  3. Once the dough is made, add tutti frutti and mix well. Flatten it with a rolling pin on a baking sheet. Layer the blue matcha flattened dough on top of the white dough if using. Roll it with baking paper to incorporate the colors as desired, then form into coconut balls.

  4. Roll the balls in extra coconut powder.

Tips

  1. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for weeks.
