Easy Chocolate Covered Bananas

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Cut up three bananas into coins and lay them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  2. Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup coconut flour.

  3. Add the peanut butter mixture to one side of each banana coin and top with another banana coin.

  4. Freeze for 1 hour.

  5. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil in the microwave.

  6. Dip half of each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate.

  7. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Tips

  1. Protein powder can be used instead of coconut flour.

  2. Store in the freezer or fridge.
