No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 3 cups oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Grind the oats in a food processor for a few seconds until coarsely ground.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and stir until blended.
Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined 8x8 dish, spread and press evenly, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set.
Melt the chocolate chips with a little water in the microwave for about 2 minutes on high, stirring until smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the set mixture and refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing.

Store covered in the refrigerator.
