Peanut Butter and Vanilla Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup oats
- 7 tbsp pea protein powder
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 4 tbsp agave syrup
- 0.5 cup water
- 40 g vegan chocolate
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except the chocolate in a high-speed blender and pulse until combined. If the dough is too dry, add more water depending on the protein powder.
Pour the batter onto a baking paper sheet and shape the dough into a rectangle.
Melt the vegan chocolate and pour it over the dough. Chill in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting into bars.
