Peanut Butter and Jelly Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or substitute with any protein powder or 1/4 cup peanut butter powder)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • approximately 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • approximately 1/3 cup frozen strawberries

Preparation

  1. Pulse the ingredients in a food processor or blender until a dough forms.

  2. Roll the dough into balls.

  3. Store the balls in the freezer and enjoy.

Tips

  1. You may need to add more oats or nut butter if the mixture is too dry or wet.

  2. You can use any frozen berries of choice.
