Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Oat Cake

Ingredients

First layer

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Second layer

  • 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and add it to the rolled oats.

  2. Add the coconut milk and mix until a firm mixture forms.

  3. Put the mixture into a cake pan and press it flat.

  4. Place the cake pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, make the top layer by heating dark chocolate with the coconut milk.

  6. Pour this over the cake.

  7. Finish it with peanut butter and spread it with a skewer.

  8. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
