6-Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

First layer

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1.25 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 cups plant-based milk

Second layer

  • 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp nut butter

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and add it to the rolled oats.

  2. Add the plant-based milk and mix until a firm mixture.

  3. Put the mixture in a cake tin and press it flat.

  4. Place the cake tin in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  5. Meanwhile, make the top layer by warming dark chocolate with the coconut milk.

  6. Pour this over the cake.

  7. Finish it with nut paste and spread it with a skewer.

  8. Place the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
