Vegan Chocolate Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 16 g baking powder
- 150 g sugar
- 250 g plant-based milk
- 110 g seed oil
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder and mix them in a bowl, then add the sugar.
Pour in the plant-based milk and seed oil, mix vigorously until a homogeneous batter without lumps forms.
Add the chocolate chips and incorporate, then pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake in a static oven at 170°C for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool, unmold it, and finish the cake with powdered sugar to taste.
