Simple Brazilian Corn Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 can sugar
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 can all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend corn, eggs, sugar, and milk in a blender until smooth

  2. Add flour and mix until just combined

  3. Gently fold in baking powder

  4. Grease a round baking pan

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan

  6. Bake at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Notes

  1. Use the empty corn can as your measuring cup for the sugar, milk, and flour
