Simple Brazilian Corn Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cans corn, drained
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 can sugar
- 1 can milk
- 1 can all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Blend corn, eggs, sugar, and milk in a blender until smooth
Add flour and mix until just combined
Gently fold in baking powder
Grease a round baking pan
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Bake at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Notes
Use the empty corn can as your measuring cup for the sugar, milk, and flour
