Blender Coconut Cake with Parmesan
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Place all ingredients in the blender
Blend for 3 minutes
While the batter is blending, grease a baking pan with margarine and flour
Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 50 minutes or until golden
Tips
Use an 18.5 by 28 cm baking pan for best results
