Creamy Cornmeal Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Add eggs, butter, milk, sugar, cornmeal, sifted all-purpose flour, and grated parmesan cheese to a blender
Blend well until the batter is homogeneous
Turn off the blender and gently mix in the baking powder
Pour the mixture into a 20cm diameter round baking pan greased with butter and dusted with cornmeal
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for approximately 40 minutes or until the cake is well browned
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before unmolding
