Easy Brazilian Cornmeal Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan
Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
