Creamy Brazilian Cornmeal Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 50g parmesan or mozzarella
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except baking powder in a blender until the mixture is homogeneous
Turn off the blender and gently mix in the baking powder
Pour the mixture into a greased and cornmeal-dusted 20cm baking pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 40 minutes or until the cake is golden
Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding
