Traditional Brazilian Creamy Corn Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cups canned corn
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to high heat for 15 minutes

  2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender for approximately 10 minutes

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a medium oven (180Β°C) for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding
