Traditional Brazilian Creamy Corn Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups canned corn
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Preheat the oven to high heat for 15 minutes
Blend all the ingredients in a blender for approximately 10 minutes
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a medium oven (180Β°C) for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding
