Delicious Brazilian Prestige Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups sugar (200 ml cup)
- 300 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder or chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl
Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender for 4 minutes
Mix the blender mixture with the flour and baking powder until well combined
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes
Test with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is done
Tips
For chocolate cake, dust the pan with cocoa powder instead of flour for a prettier appearance when unmolding
