Delicious Brazilian Prestige Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar (200 ml cup)
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder or chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl

  2. Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender for 4 minutes

  3. Mix the blender mixture with the flour and baking powder until well combined

  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes

  6. Test with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the cake is done

Tips

  1. For chocolate cake, dust the pan with cocoa powder instead of flour for a prettier appearance when unmolding
