Simple Fluffy Tang Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Tang juice, any flavor
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 heaping tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding the baking powder last

  2. Pour the batter into a pan greased with margarine

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for approximately 40 minutes
