Simple Fluffy Tang Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup Tang juice, any flavor
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 heaping tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding the baking powder last
Pour the batter into a pan greased with margarine
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for approximately 40 minutes
