Soft Condensed Milk Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 400 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (without baking powder)
Preparation
Place sweetened condensed milk, sugar, eggs, milk, and margarine in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes
Add the flour and blend for an additional 2 minutes
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 45 minutes or until golden brown
Notes
The batter will be a bit more liquid than normal
