Soft Condensed Milk Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour (without baking powder)

Preparation

  1. Place sweetened condensed milk, sugar, eggs, milk, and margarine in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes

  2. Add the flour and blend for an additional 2 minutes

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 45 minutes or until golden brown

Notes

  1. The batter will be a bit more liquid than normal
