Simple Brazilian Cassava Cake
Ingredients
- 1 kg cassava
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 250 ml milk
- 100 grams grated or chopped coconut
- 300 grams sugar
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Peel the cassava, cut it into pieces, and blend in the blender with milk.
Add the sugar, margarine, and eggs, then blend again.
Add the grated coconut and blend again.
Transfer to a buttered pan.
Bake in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
