Brazilian Condensed Milk Coconut Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can milk (same measure as condensed milk can)
- 1 can coconut milk (same measure as condensed milk can)
- 1 can all-purpose flour (same measure as condensed milk can)
- 1/2 can sugar (same measure as condensed milk can)
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 tablespoons margarine
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and beat until well combined
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan
Bake in a preheated 350Β°F (180Β°C) oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
