Brazilian Condensed Milk Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can milk (same measure as condensed milk can)
  • 1 can coconut milk (same measure as condensed milk can)
  • 1 can all-purpose flour (same measure as condensed milk can)
  • 1/2 can sugar (same measure as condensed milk can)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 3 tablespoons margarine

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and beat until well combined

  2. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan

  3. Bake in a preheated 350Β°F (180Β°C) oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
