Easy Apple Cinnamon Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 apples, peeled and diced
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
For the pan
- margarine, for greasing
- sugar and ground cinnamon, for dusting
Preparation
Preheat oven to low temperature
In a blender, blend the sugar, eggs, and canola oil until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the flour and mix well
Add the cinnamon and baking powder and stir well
Add the diced apples and raisins and stir until incorporated
Pour the batter into a greased and sugar-cinnamon dusted bundt pan
Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes
Remove from oven, let cool, and unmold
Serve immediately
