Easy Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

For the pan

  • margarine, for greasing
  • sugar and ground cinnamon, for dusting

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to low temperature

  2. In a blender, blend the sugar, eggs, and canola oil until smooth

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the flour and mix well

  4. Add the cinnamon and baking powder and stir well

  5. Add the diced apples and raisins and stir until incorporated

  6. Pour the batter into a greased and sugar-cinnamon dusted bundt pan

  7. Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes

  8. Remove from oven, let cool, and unmold

  9. Serve immediately
