Classic Brazilian Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 container plain yogurt
  • sunflower oil, same volume as yogurt container
  • sugar, twice the volume of yogurt container
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend eggs, plain yogurt, sunflower oil, and sugar in a blender until smooth

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour and baking powder until just combined

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake in preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
