Classic Brazilian Yogurt Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 container plain yogurt
- sunflower oil, same volume as yogurt container
- sugar, twice the volume of yogurt container
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Blend eggs, plain yogurt, sunflower oil, and sugar in a blender until smooth
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour and baking powder until just combined
Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Bake in preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
