Cornmeal Cake with Aniseed
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1.5 cups wheat flour
- 1.5 cups cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon aniseed
Preparation
Blend the eggs, oil, and milk well in a blender.
Gradually add the sugar, flour, and cornmeal while pulsing.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the baking powder and aniseed, then mix gently.
Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake in a medium oven for about 30 minutes.
