Easy Fluffy Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 300g pot of cream
  • 2 cups sifted wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until it becomes a fluffy and light cream.

  2. Add the cream and beat more until well homogeneous.

  3. Turn off the mixer and add the flour and baking powder, mixing gently; the batter will be thick and fluffy.

  4. Bake in a greased and floured pan in a preheated oven at 180Β°C.
